What information we collect

• Enquiry and quotation details: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry, when you contact us by phone, email or our website forms.
• Customer details: if you go on to order from us, the delivery, invoicing and contact details needed to supply your order.
• Website usage data: such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at our site. Analytics data is collected only if you consent through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.

We don’t sell products directly through this website, and we don’t send marketing emails.

Who we share your information with

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Website hosting and security: WP Engine and Cloudflare, to host, run and protect our website
• Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
• Embedded videos: YouTube (only if you accept cookies) and Vimeo (embedded in privacy mode, which sets no tracking cookies)
• Business systems: e.g. email and accounting providers, to manage enquiries, quotations and invoices
• Delivery companies: carefully selected couriers, to deliver orders. Please contact us if you’d like details of the courier used.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or as part of a sale or restructure of our business.

Some of these providers, including Google, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep your information

• Enquiries and quotations that don’t lead to an order: 2 years from our last contact
• Customer, order and financial records: 6 years, to meet tax and accounting requirements
• Website analytics data: [14] months, in line with our Google Analytics settings

How we protect your information

Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to personal information is limited to staff who need it to deal with enquiries and orders.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask us to delete your data, where we don’t need to keep it for legal reasons
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data
• ask us to transfer your data to another organisation
